Just found a survey done by PCMag for Reliability.

For Desktops, Dell was ranked #2 behind Apple. For Desktops less than 1 year old, Dell was #1.

11% of Dells will need repair within the first year, 16% will need repair over their total life.

With Self-Built PCs, 17% will need repair within the first year and 19% over their total life.
