anyone who buys a desktop, i feel sorry for them. Their laptops are great, haven't had to many to fix, just a few that were bogged down to spyware. Dell and Tiny computers are the worst I have had. I get the most of their crap. And its always very hard to fix crap without replacing componets.



I have always heard this too, but now that I actually repair them in the feild, I wonder why so many feel this way. I mean, it's not like the seperate components are Dell components. If the processor fails, blame Intel. Same with the motherboards, since they are Intel MB's (from what I have been told. I have not been able to hang onto one long enough to research this). If the video card fails, blame Nvidia. Same with the sound cards, blame Soundblaster or Turtle Beach. As well as the harddrives. Blame either Maxtor, Western Digital or Seagate.

I can respect your statements, but still...
