Im looking to do a mod with the word "Contour" in it, but I need to know the font that Ford uses (if its avliable) to write this word... So it matches the one on my trunk badge (which will be coming off shortly). Thanks in advnace.

if you cannot find it (cause i know i cannot) maybe you shoudl see if someone (if you cannot) can scan the contour emblem and maybe you can use that?

Just trace it out of a good close up pic in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop. If you don't have it, I suppose you could try paint.

yeah, I have Photoshop CS (I do graphic art), I suppose when I debadge I can try that out, my scaner is so junk, I think I need to invest in a new one.

Just find a nice close up pic of the logo/lettering online, Save it, lock it in Photoshop, and pen right over it. When I did my SVT/SHO designs, that's all I did, but Illustrator is a bit more design inclined than photoshop. Good luck either way.

You can use this tool to detect fonts: http://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/You generally need a pretty clean sample, though.

I asked a buddy of mine in Ford marketing - he says it's a custom logo-type (combination logo and font) made especially for that application; was apparently never released as a font.
