If you have a Duratec V6, replace the pump and coolant. If your gauge didn't really show overheat, your engine will be fine. The NAPA pump is about 80 bucks, I found an AC Delco metal pump locally for 90, which works well. NAPA just was inconvenient for me. The old pump was in 3 pieces.
