Looks nice. I'm pondering picking up a T2 after selling my FD (baby on the way). IMO, FC's are one of the best sportscar bargains out there.
I'll be depressed for much longer than a few days when I see someone driving away in my FD...

NA rotaries are very reliable (FB's and FC's). T2's (turbo FC's) are also reliable cars although the addition of a turbo does increase wear/tear and ramps up maintenance intervals. It's nothing the average shade-tree mechanic can't handle.
FD's are not reliable cars. They are hampered by an inadequate cooling system, which is very bad in a twin turbo rotary (heat, heat, and more heat). Boost problems can be tough to track down due to miles of vacuum lines to control the twins. There's also a problematic O-ring in the water jacket that tends to fail. A complete rebuild is the only way to fix it. With religious maintenance, reliability modifications, and preventative maintenance an FD can pull itself up to "average" in reliability. Modding without knowledge and inadequate maintenance will lead to a quick engine death.

My red mx-3 "chick car" shes my pride and joy tough... it looks a tad different now tough, got some suspension techniques lowering springs, and 17 inch motegi's and it has a KL03 engine... 164HP + 2400lbs = quick little car.

Hey Mad_Medeiros, I always thought the MX-3 was a sorry car, but yours is killer. 164 HP in such a light car, must be nice to see the WTF look on those punk 17 year olds faces when you leave their Civic DX sedans with neon and NOS stickers in the dust. You've got nice wheels and some really really sweet brakes. What size are those discs?

rotaries can definitely be very reliable. mine had 160k miles on it when i sold it and it was running beautifully. i had taken it to chicago and steamboat springs with no probs a couple of times when it was in the 140s. there are some parts to watch out for though. if the metering oil pump or a few other very tiny parts go out you may be looking at a couple grand just for the part. luckily though you can usually just swap the engine then for less. or just drop in a v8 with a little help from granny's speed shop.
