Funny that you should ask. I just picked up a sender for my 95 Zetec a couple of hours ago, and I have it with me now. I bought the sender from O'Reilly's. It's made by Borg Warner, and it cost 8.99. The part number is WT665 (at least, I reckon that's the part number. That's the number stamped on the end of the box).
About the location: I'm not certain, but I believe the gauge sender is located below the thermostat on the zetec engine. I believe the ECU sensor is located on the top. Not certain though.
