You may be right, but it makes for exciting baseball, unlike four-game sweeps by multi-decade dynasties. I'm just getting back into the game of baseball after many years of being disgruntled after the strike. Having a strike threatened a couple years ago hasn't helped.

Oh, and it also doesn't help when your own hometown team can't put together a winning season in 12 years despite getting a brand-new freakin' stadium (not that I'm bitter)
