wheel speed sensors are spinning at different rates because of the two different size tires causing both the traction control and abs lights to flash. you can calculate the revs per mile for wheel and tire choices here

more revs per mile!! the tcs +abs sensors rely on wheel speed to work. they require similar speeds from each corner to remain off. obviously, your front tires are spinning way faster than your rears so the computer suspects a loss of traction. hence your abs and tcs lights
