thats what I originally tried doing, but the vice didn't hold and it started stripping the screw. I stopped cause I didn't want to ruin the screws incase I had to put the stock intake back on. I have off tommorow so i'll have at it again. What do you mean by destroying the screw. Will it snap in half? if and when it breaks, does it come right out. I'm just worried about half of the screw still being stuck inside the plastic. I know I'm paranoid. Hey thanks for your reply and any more insight you give me.
