Honestly, if you modify a borla catback with self proclaimed "rice" mufflers, you are a complete moron. If it's just a stock exhaust with a Borla muffler, change the mufflers. Considering Borla cat backs go for $400+, that is plenty of money to sell it and build your own rice pipes. That is honestly one of the most idiotic things I've ever heard. And also for the record, I am nowhere near 40.

The Duratec is a damn nice sounding engine, I don't see why anyone would want to mess that up with fart pipes..

Dont do it. I f you dont want the Borla give it to me. I sell it for some money while you ruin your Contour.The Duratec is a nice sounding engine. Why would you want it to sound like a Honda?  Im 16 btw.

Honestly though, I didn't call you a poser but you are appearing to be one. Although, wanting to POSE as a poser has to be a double crime. Why someone would want to POSE like they were a POSER Civic driver is beyond me. There's a small minority of Civics with respectable work actually done to them. Even the ones I know that have done Type R engine swaps and what not sound ricey still. I know it's hard to make a 1.8 liter engine sound beefy, but come on.
On a side note, luckily there is nothing you can do to your duratec to make it sound like a Honda by just replacing a muffler. It would be extensive work, involving gutting precats, the main cat, removing the resonator, and then a $10 Ebay muffler. I call it Ford's pre-emptive attack on rice.
