As for the PCV, I would think that it would still start up, but might run weird if it was connected improperly.

Now you said it tries to start but doesn't right? Does it just turn over and act like there is no spark, or does it try to start, but just die off?




If you are not getting a spark from 5 and 6 odds are the new Coil is bad. I've had many parts go bad out of the box from AutoZone.
