Hey guys,
I just have a few questions regarding the installation of the MSDS headers on an SVT. I'm planning to replace everything from the block back (MSDS headers, catco hi-flow cat, and one of the available cat-back systems). The current exhaust system has a flex pipe preceeding the cat, will this pipe remain or does the MSDS y-pipe connect directly to the cat. Also the current cat has a ~8-10" curved pipe attached to it that than connects to the resonator. If I replace the cat with the catco unit will a new pipe need to be fabricated to connect the system to the cat-back system. Any information would be greatly appreciated, I want to get all of my ducks in a row and do this right.

Andy,
The MSDS headers were made to be a direct fit to the V6 exhaust system, by replacing the stock exhaust manifolds and the stock y-pipe. If you want to add a high-flow cat, your best bet is to fabricate your own pipe. However, you might want to have an accordian piece on the newly fabricated pipe....it helps reduce vibration noise.
