The same guy is behind all three, and he was attempting scarcasm in all three. This technique of the mock argument HAS been used before in the Oregon Voters Pamphlets, but this guy's efforts did raise (lower?) the standard against which such efforts in the future will be measured.
When the guy pays his fee, it's still legal for him to submit parodies.
Would a specific target of his qualify for anti-discrimination purposes as within a protected class?
