Yeah thats a blown head gasket. Quit running the motor until fixed unless you want to replace it altogether. If you didn't drive it this way you should be ok, if you did well your screwed. Unless you want to spend $1500+ to have the motor replaced at a shop sell the car as a mechanics special aka runs and drives. A headgasket can be a do it yourself job, but some mechanical experience is needed to do it right.
