The billet reverse lockout from the B&M goes pretty nicely with the Cougar knob though.

Cougar shift knob and B&M short shifter.
You can see the replaced B&M knob in the cupholder in the background.
Cougars also had a silver coloured plastic reverse lockout piece, but not as nice as having the B&M.

The silver thing is the B&M reverse lockout. The boot looks to be stock.
