If it is good, your likely culprits, in no particular order, are the crank sensor (pretty good chance), ignition coil, or the PCM.

Thanks for the reply. I went out and checked, and I don't appear to have an "f4" fuse. There is an R4, is that what you mean? that one appears to be the A/C Clutch Relay though. The 20A fuse #4 for DRL and Ignition is good though. I checked all the regular fuses and they are good.
