Certainly just bolting on a turbo can give 400 HP. That's an easy given.
However if the stock pistons & rods can handle it is another question altogether now. "To date" we know 330ish is safe with a good tune. Eventually we'll know their "true" safe limits.
Still 330 wheels from a small V6 is impressive for OEM parts designed for general NA applications.
