I'm sorry...but if anyone thinks they can make more power and have better efficiency, for cheaper doing a twin set up on the contour or cougar, over a single set up...go ahead. I've done plenty of research on the KLO3 series 2.5L V6...and in all cases it was easier and cheaper to make a single turbo setup, and produce more power, and be much more efficient. And lag was still minimal.

Porsche is not Ford...and Porsche uses a much different type of setup for their turbos than other companies. To reduce lag they actually use the idle exgaust to spin the turbines. A very cool concept.

I may have made a broad statement, but From the research o've seen, even from ford engineers I know, they recommend a single turbo kit. These are ford engineers, noit techs who work in a ford dealer.

Sorry if I offend anyone, but as I said earlier...go talk to the Supra guys...ask them about the 1000hp cars, and howe many turbos they have. You don;t need 2, when 1 will be more than good enough, and better. Yes Sequential turbo setup is cool, but that'd be tough to fit too.

But hey...it your money everyone...so if you can afford it, get a custom twin setup made, I'd love to see it, since it's a very cool thing to look at.
