Well, here's the thing, in the song he DID say that it wasn't a stab at Michael Jackson, even though we know it was, so there's no reason to fuss.
As for Em getting publicity, that's all he wants, and he got it. 
how many people does he take a stab at in almost every song.... its a little old pointing it out now.
