Its not actually a portable version. its a new system all together cabable of playing down scaled versions of playstation 2 games. I mean really downscalled.

That would be like calling the GameBoy Advance a Portable Super Nintendo. Its just a name, it really is't the same thing at all. they still have to port the games. if it was a portable version then they wouldn't need to port games.
