Actually all he has to do is argue that this video is merely a window into the angst in the black community due to 400 years of slavery and that this was merely him airing his grievances at white America for all their crimes against his people and as long as he has one black person on the jury to eat it up = mistrial. Or 12 bleeding heart liberals = acquittal.
