One of the easiest things to do on a tour. Jack it up, and it's 2 bolts per side. Just unbolt, remove, and bolt the new ones in.
A few places offer spherical rod endlinks for the rear. I got mine from Performance Fords since they're local to me, but you could even make your own for cheap if you're so inclined.
