LOL, at least you understand the reality of the consultant industry Kudos. The ones that come in for a custom job usually end up coming back again and again to get things fixed and those that are for opinions or plans usually just end up telling you what you want to hear, rather than give any actual opinion.

Trust me, I know. My company employs a couple groups to supplement the work that I do, since there's too much to go around and few people who can do it. They're about the most dimwitted individuals I've ever met and they demand more time to help them get stuff they need for their "analysis" (From what they conclude I think they just use the data to wipe their ass with) than it would take to do the whole project myself.

Agree that at least some of those systems probably were appropriate to reduce...though the consisitancy of Kerry's "nay" vote is fairly striking.
Bigger fish to fry on Kerry's record:
1) NO to gulf war I
2) Authoring the largest intell cut in history AFTER WTC I
3) No to the 87 billion...because Kerry was upset that he could not link the money to tax hikes. While people are getting shot at...
