OP nimrod_dup1 CEG\'er N Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 70 Cincinnati, OH	I put in a new air intake about a week ago and just recently I started noticing a sort of rattling/popping noise when I first start my engine, when I give a small burst of acceleration (in low gear), and at the end of gears one and two when accelerating. Any one know what's going on?

garretto CEG\'er G Joined: Oct 2004 Posts: 137 enid, oklahoma	i have a 98se atx with 60k miles, and it sorta does this to me to at like the top of the gear or something, but not when i start up like yours. it makes the little popping sound or shaking sound right before it changes gears. iono, it only gets on my nerves when its really quite with no radio on or anything. WTB: Andy's Auto Sport front bumper only... a chip for my 98se

ATX MTX swap, rear drum disc swap, drilled rotors, ported intake, optim throttle body, CAI, 7.5L MAF, adj. fuel regulator, longtube headers, underdrive pulley, no EGR, low inpedence bigger injectors, 2002 Focus Swap
