Don't they all? Ok I heard of some getting out of the factory w/o them. Do you have pull tabs in the trunk on each corner?

Yea, there's a tab in each corner of the trunk, one for each seat, atleast thats what it is with mine. Sure, it may be a pain in the ass to have to open the trunk each time u want the seats down but I think its more secure with them in the trunk.

Amps are mounted on the back of the rear seats and the crossover is on the back of the speaker box. Nothing is seen from outside the car. Course the folding seat backs make it possible to mount it all. I also thought that all the cars had them.

At least most 98+ didn't (not even mine). I think with 98+ you only got it with leather seats, but not sure.

I know you could get it with 98+ SE's with cloth seats.

OK, I'm wrong then I know there were multiple styles of cloth available, maybe different styles had different seats. (A friend's 2000 SE and mine have the same style cloth and no folding rears.) Or maybe I'm wrong altogether.

I dont know about different styles of cloth or anything like that. All I know is that my 98.5 SE had the fold down seats and my 2000 SE had them also. They are one of the options I looked for when I was shopping. Both of mine were V6/MTX but I dont know if that made any difference.
