ok. im gonna try to get my hands on some el glow paper, and print out my finished guage cluster on some transparent paper, and laminate it to the el glow paper. that stuff runs about $20 for a tiny little sheet, you can get it in a few different colors on ebay and stuff....

ill do some more reaserch, get er done, and post some pics
