i am goin on 24, i bought my svt shortly after i turned 21...at that time, i was looking for new cars....everything from old stangs to new tiburons, and i was getting tired of insurance quotes goin through the roof....finally i just said screw it and when i found the svt i bought it...found out later that my insurance went up like 12 bucks for every 6 months....2 bucks a month! i was goin from a 96 gl tour to the svt just like you....hope that helps some....
