http://www.funtech.com They are a retailer for different CAD systems, and also sell these really cool "3D printers", basically an inkjet printer that shoots out plastic instead. They use their demo machines to do rapid prototyping for people, so talk to them, they may be able to help you out.
I've dealt with their office in Detroit, but they also have an office in Chicago.
I used to have know the rates they charge, but can't remember now.
