All new gaskets and hardware were used, i.e. studs, nuts, bolts, and sensors. I do plan to have the intake thoroughly cleaned as well as replace all the PCV hoses/lines; I'm reframing this problem by looking at it as an opportunity to do some well-deserved maintenance to the engine.
