Look, the prices are the way they are because for some reason, seemingly everyone wants to live here. So it's a simple matter of supply vs. demand. I was born here so that's why I'm here. If I had been born somewhere else, I'd probably still be there. However, since the majority of the high tech aerospace and computer/communications jobs are here, once diplomas are in hand, people go where these jobs are. Yes, we'ver reached the saturation point. It's crowded. Traffic sucks. There are earthquakes. We are running out of water. Apparently there are still more positive than negative attributes to this place.
