Really? I thought I had heard once that Jo Co had one of the highest incomes-per-capita in the United States. You'd figure the cost of living would at least be proportional. Doesn't seem like what you said above is much more expensive than exotic Lincoln, NE.



It's been VERY tolerable, especially given the amount of money that floats around this area. I can't complain about consumer good prices at all. CG prices in Johnson Co. are close to what I paid in Tulsa, though housing and land is 30-40% higher here in KC (which should tell you what kind of bargain housing is in T-Town).
