Well yesterday was supposed to be the Smackdown at Norwalk, but we got rained out. So on the way home from Ohio, we stopped at Milan Dragway in Michigan. The first couple of runs, I was getting used to launching on my new Nitto drag radials. WOW What a difference. I managed to pull off some low 15`s and pulled off a 14.7:
60`--2.172 330`--6.156 1/8et--9.485 1/8mph--73.78 1000`et--12.340 1/4et--14.793 1/4mph--91.46
I will a video link posted in a few days. Current mods on car, B&M shifter, Borla cat back, K&N filter and Nitto drag radials. My next mods over the winter are going to be a 3L, y-pipe (already have it, just need to install) and headers and some intake work.
Please feel free to post any questions or anything....

No I actually haven`t, but I got the nickname for this board when people found out how I launched my car. Now that I have drag radials, I figured, great more tension to put on my differential. But after the first two launches with massive whell hop, I finally got the hang of them. I actually hope I do break it cause that is more of a reason to install the qualife.

Svt2000 ? Nice runs man, I got some questions. - Have you ever dyno?ed your car? 91.6mph would indicate some serious stock HP. - What was the temp when you ran the 14.7? - What is the altitude at your track? With you next set of mods, you could be running 14.5?s in a NA CSVT

A faster time or a faster trap speed? I know most people judge solely on time, but isn't trap speed some kind of indication of something?

I wonder what the SVTs could do in the 1/4 with the supercharger and a 100 shot of Venom (that would put HP at about 500 just with those 2 alone)...
Not to brag, just for contribution, my truck is bone stock and consistently runs between 14.0 and 14.3 at Island Dragway.
