I myself modified the support bracket by drilling the hole lower and bending it around a bit. IMHO, it sits way too high.

Great news, thanks for the input everyone. Like I said I know this is beating a really dead horse, but it doesn't seem as thought other posts have gotten anywhere, now we are!! I'll check back in a week or 2 fenderman. Thanks again everyone!
