Mike, If you have a basement where you could paint something yourself, you could easily paint them.
I scratched-up and gouge a set of sideskirts once, and I just sanded them, filled the gouge with bondo, sanded again, and painted and clearcoated them in my basement and it looked spot on!
Duplicolor makes the exact paint color for our cars in a rattle-can and clearcoat too, so you can do it without having to pay through your nose to have it done.
