Actually, I prefer my CD-MP3 player because I can transfer MP3s to it using anything with a CD burner, and I can buy a CD from a store and play it on my player without having to transfer anything anywhere.
The player stashes in a pocket or on my belt and all the functions are done by remote. It's a great solution, especially for the price.
