Anything Sony. Their xplode series of amps are pretty good. But if you are looking for features like remote bass, be prepared to fork out a couple hundred for a 600 watt amp.

Deffinetly. That'd be a good purchase. Like this one. Its 500 watts, but hard hitting low end quality. Click!

They got it for 179.00

It'd give you 250 watts per channel (2 subs) deffinetly a good amount of power and won't beat up on your car of subs.

just out of curiousity, why does it say 1200watt on it? Also it says » 200 watts RMS x 2 at 4 ohms » 250 watts RMS x 2 at 2 ohms. since my subs are 4ohms would it be actually the 200 watts per?

You'll have to wait for one of the technical audio people to chime in to explain that. All I know is you can reach that amount of power by bridging the one amp to one sub and utilizing both chanels. Something like that. WHich in termns, (in theory, I think ) means you can have a maximum output of 600 watts for each of your subs, when brdged with each sub sharing the 2 channels. I dunno... I'm not the CEG rocket Scientist... where's he at?

1200watts is max, like false advertising.

200watts rms x2 means good

Cost effectiveness- An American legacy is a very decent amp. Had a Legacy 1000 with remote bass, picked it up off ebay for 60 bucks shipped, and it was awesome. I paired it with 2 sony xplode 10" 1600 watt pentagons and a 1.0 Farad Rockford Cap. with 2 guage knuconceptz wiring. Bump Bump.

Competition- well, how much $ ya got?

I can't believe you used Legacy and decent in the same sentance.

Hmm Tell me a Price? For 200 give or take a Few dollars you can find a Soundstream reference 500 and it will drive the hell out of those. don't get a legacy. Just a waste of time i have installed one and the whole setup pissed me off. From the way the power wire connects to the fact that its ugly.

Give us a Price and we can set you up with best bang for buck!

you could possibly get a jbl 600.1 that could do the job!

Price price price... we need one!
