If so, you are lookin at 300 watts a piece. I'd go (sense you are probably just looking for really good bass, but not A$$ kicking or where dynomat up the waazoo is needed, with either Rockford Fosgate Punch P5002 125W x 2 car which is 500 watts RMS which will run you about 349.99 from Crutchfield (RIP!) Or, something like any of these that will set you back about 60 bucks plus wiring. I'd go with this over spending loads of cash, especially if you are just concerned with getting tastefully hard bass.

Any of those amps will work fine. Many people here do actually swear by their conventional quality. They are excellent, aslong as you don't expect to be XZibit rolling phat down Sunset Blvd.

since they are 400 watt max handling. I wouldn't go above an 800 watt. You could probably get a Legacy 800 series amp and that would work out real good. Aslong as you wire both subs up and make sure the amp is atleast 2 channels.
