I think by cold weather people are refering to the Northern States or Canada where we get a winter and sub 0 temperatures. I would hardly consider 35 - 45 to be cold, but what do I know, I live in an iglo

I was going to try the Ford honey with XL-7 for my next change. I had Redline MTL with the old XL-3??? friction modifier last winter and I had problems. Although I understand that with the new XL-7 modifier it mixes better with synthetics and the XL-3 is for dino oil. I hope we can come to a conclusive answer on this one.
