When I went to vavoline they used just the ford standard stuff and I had them put in the friction modifyer. So far with our cold weather, all I have to do is before I go do a quick shift back and forth between 1st and 2nd then back out of my driveway and I have no problems, shifts like a champ. Its been way better this year this it was last year, Sometimes It would take 5 minutes before the shifting wouldnt be so stiff.
