I doubt it. The only reason these stupid ars parents made a stink about it, is because of the huge pressure that's on this election year. Many have chosen their candidate already, and most who have chosen feel very strongly about their choice.
Hell, I'm a democrat, and this is just crap. Who would honestly get upset over putting a picture of a president up with other presidents.. This is why I could never be a teacher. If and when I had parents actually come up to me and suggest an idiotic thought like this, I'd b!tch slap 'em on the spot.

The way schools are run now, I fully take this story at face value.
If this were not an election year that picture would be ok. I think during an election year there should be pictures of both candidates.
And you would be one of the parents that got that teacher fired. People honestly need to get a grip on life and worry about themselves. Are people's lives that pathetic that they go out looking for ways to cut other people down to make themselves feel better? I hope those select few parents feel good about doing such a great thing for their community and puting what was most likely an upstanding teacher/role model, out of work.

Speaking the truth is not dense. Like it or not it would happen.

Speaking in terms of hypothetical situations is not speaking the truth. They may have taught you that in "Demmycrat camp" but here in the real world, we follow a different line of thought.
They had pics of President Clinton in schools in 1996 and I don't recall hearing anybody complain that they needed to have a picture of Bob Dole in there as well. Face it, the liberals are in this ridiculous and dangerous "anybody but Bush" mentality that's making them basically throw common sense and intelligent thought right out the window and in this case, only suceeded in making themselves look really, really petty.

That's not the truth. It's an assumption. And an incorrect one. This is not about political lines, it's about people who don't have an f'ing clue about what's going on, and seem to have forgotten the fact that John Kerry has NOT been elected president. He deserves as much room on that wall as I, JaTo, Pack, or ANYONE on this forum.

I disagree with Packrat on most political issues, but c'mon mole. Let me be the first to give you my patented *online b!tch slap*
The simple fact is, a president's picture belongs with other president's pictures. Doesn't matter how much you hate him, or agree with his actions (which I don't either). Should we take down all the presidents pictures of whome we don't agree with???

Do you fail to understand that the subject at hand is not about our "commander and chief's" actions? Like it or not, GWB is President and has a rightful place on the wall with our previous Presidents. If Gore won in 2000, he would have a place on that wall as much as anyone. Until Kerry is elected President, he has no right to be placed up on that wall. It's not a difficult concept to grasp.

For the uneducated in the group, let me explain: Having a picture of Kerry (who is not a president) along side that of President Bush and all former presidents is equal to having Dole (who was not a president) along side President Clinton's picture and all former presidents. Got it? It's got nothing to do with the election BUT there are those soreheads who are trying to make it about the election. And calling the current president petty does not make everything okay but it does suggest that YOU have a one sided view of the world and reality in general. Karl
