Wheels and brake hardware is easy (assuming the brakes are not mounted inboard.) It's unsprung.

The car's body is also easy. It's sprung.

Suspension components are a bit of each, depending on length, attachment point of springs, etc. Lighter is better, in any case. As far as determining the exact ratio, well, it's a bit complex.
