Well I found the problem after 3 freaking days....It was the Fuse for the PCM I looked at it 2 days ago but it looked ok . It was cooked down near the base of the link not at the top where they usualy blow....Well anyway I have to trace the cause now probably a pinched wire.
I will post pics of the engine change in a few days and my beast .

That is my next project I had to convince my boss that I know what I am doing before she would let me spend the money to make a custom engine... But now that she feels that I have the ability........I'm looking.
