I think I may the first to do the oil-cooler system. At first, I was going to use a sandwich plate with inlet/outlet on the side, but was'nt enuf room to get the hoses properly hooked up. So, I went with a remote oil-filter system and mounted the new filter mount next to the a/c accumulator (under the battery mount). I mounted a Tru-Cool L7B cooler in front and as far to drivers side of the power steering cooler as possible. This requires removal of the front bumper cover and bumper to do the install. Sorry, but I got so involved in the work I forgot to take pics! So far the system seems to be working fine. I installed a thermostat also to bypass the cooler when the oil is cool to cut down on sludge, etc. The thermostat opens to allow most oil to flow to cooler @ 180deg. Just got back from a weekend road trip and the oil temp (once warmed up) stayed between 180 and 200 degrees. I used a remote filter mount with dual ports, so I could install the oil temp sender in one of the aetra ports. Hardest part of the install once I figured out where to mount everyting was routing lines to the cooler as there is basically no open spaces up front. If I need to pull the front end off again, I'll be sure to take some pics.
