Is it wise to remove the oil cooler, seeing that the V6's seem to have oil starvation problems in hard conering anyway?

Won't that just add to the problems, it can't help, right??

Thanks!

From observing both Contour's in our stable, the differences that I have seen is that the SE runs cooler than the SVT but the temperature fluctuates up and down as the car is in motion or is idle. The SVT engine temperature is always in the middle of the gauge and stays relatively consistent.

Analysis, more consistent engine temperature with the oil cooler, I guess. eek
