i notice alot of info about hp and tq mods but is there a mod that work specific for making more top end power and mid range power say 70- 100 that part of the range??
and not for a svt for a se sport

i don't know anyone with any headers.
i haven't heard that many people on here with them either.
i hear there pretty hard to put on and there illegal?
any other method for power

You better do some research. There are a number of people here, and other the site that have headers. The install is about a 3 out of 5. Not that hard...if you have the tools, you have the talent.

IMO headers bumped up power all throughout the range. But, if you're looking for a legal and extremely easy midrange-top end power gainer, go for a y-pipe and a catback. The ypipe is a great bang for the buck, but if your catback section is stock, it'll hold back the full potential of the ypipe.

put in a few extra $$ and get a 2.25" inner diameter resonator (vibrant or magnaflow) and you'd be golden.

That is merely a speed range, not necessarily top end or mid range. Top end would be ~5000-7000rpm and midrange ~3000-4999rpm. You can be in 5th gear going 70 and only be at 3000, while 4th gear would be at ~4250 or so. I know this has no impact on the question, just wanted to clear up his thinking.
