Ok guys.... Borla kit is on the way. Taurus hanger is in, along with isolator, and a copy of Patrick Kennedy's bracket is on the way. However, a few things bother me about the hanger installation.... unanswered questions.... First of all, to anyone who has done this mod.... it looks like once on the Contour, the Taurus hanger will sit quite a bit closer to the bumper than the stock driver's side. It would seem to me that this would cause the exhaust to hang unevenly. I am hoping that I am wrong on that and that somehow the correct distance is compensated for. Will it be normal to see the one isolater hang crooked and is this any major threat to the longevity of my system? Are there even any crude pictures or drawings (if not good ones) of this hanger installed or am I just going to have to do this by feel? Mr. Kennedy's article was very useful, but now I would like to know what the finished install looks like to assure that mistakes are avoided. ANY info that anyone could supply me on this would be appreciated. I hope to get this done by this weekend when the Borla comes in. Thanks once again guys!
