I had Toyo Proxes 4's in 225/50/16 as my last tires. The were amazing dry tires, pretty good wet tires, but horrible in any kind of snow or ice. But, if you're buying snow tires it doesn't matter anyways. I ended up going with Sumitomo HTR+ in 205/55/16 because I need snow capability as well as dry. I've been very happy with them. They provide most of the dry traction and the snow traction is supposed to be really good as well (haven't gotten to try that yet).
