I don't have a problem with old sytle robots.
I for one like them and grew up with them.

It just seems to me lately that Ford has implemented this style for it's consoles.
I like it as much as I liked the Taurus's egg shape console.

IMHO there could be a much better design for it. I'm not one for facial designs.
Maybe if they used a brushed aluminum panel from the vents to below the heater/radio console
(like they did below it), or no outlined vents, it might look better. The outlined vents just stand out to much.
