Fox news what a surprise! I do understand, but what I am saying is do you really think Bush would have won the debate without these notes? It�s highly unlikely.
Davo never said that president bush would have won if kerry had not brought his own paper. All he was doing was pointing out that fact that kerry broke the agreed on rules, and that president bush did not.
