The srt4 needs a good driver.

Ask Brad about the track here.

There wasn't an SRT-4 (that I heard of) in the 13's until a few weeks ago. It went 13.99 at 99 and is an 03 with Stage 1+

Another guy with an 04 and a few mods (intake, BOV, VBC) is hoping he can hit low 14's.

Like I said I'm estatic about my times here. Especially the trap speeds!

That's also why I compare my results against others at the same track. Comparing them verses anything else just doesn't wash. I suppose I could use the "corrected" times (for conditions & altitude) and say I ran 13.6's and 103+ but I don't...

Hector, either all the srt4s u see are pretty well modded or have great drivers or a combo of both. I've seen a 300whp+ srt4 only be able to pull a 13.5 because he was on stock tires. Most won't break outta 14s stock with the typical srt4 driver. Though stock, they're definitely capabable of high 13s on stock tires if driven rite.

I'll try.

You guys are so stuck up on bench racing though.

Comparing cars at the same track (or dyno) is what matters.

For instance comparing my times here to tracks such as Houston or Englishtown would be ridiculous. (I picked 2 very good tracks )

Personally I'd love to run at either one. Go on a good day at get air density WELL below seal level!

Even a bad day would likely be sea level.

I've raced here on days the air density was above 4000 feet.

~~~just dug up an old slip~~~
The worst was a Sunday afternoon (July 02) with temps in the mid 90's and humidity at 80%. BP was deep into in the 28's. (Quick calculation puts air density at least 4500 feet )
BTW I ran 15.22 @ 92 (2.2x 60') with a nicely modified 2.5L vs an 01 Mustang GT that ran 14.96 @ 93
That's why I wanna see 60' times of those srt4s that run out there. I know it mite be hard to get them, I was just curious.
I just like to compare cars and stuff to better understand all cars and what goes down with them.
some things never change.... so when are you going to move onto a real car? Or is king of the chumps your 'calling' in life?
All the SRT needs is a capable driver and STREET tires to beat your slug.
